Brisk It to Release AI Powered Gas/Pellet Hybrid Grill, and More

The Consumer Electronics Expo (CES) is happening this week featuring the latest in tech. In recent years, it’s been a launchpad for new grills that target a non-traditional grill buying consumer.

One of those brands is Brisk It, a grill company that focuses on bringing AI tech to grilling. Their Vera AI assistant will help with meal planning, guided recipes, fix cooks that go haywire, and a host of other features.

This year they’re back at CES with two new products in the works. The first is a pellet grill and gas grill hybrid that works with their AI technology.

Slated to be released in 2026, the hybrid grill offers the high powered convenience of gas with the added flavor of pellets. It’s a match-up that we’ve seen before from a handful of other companies, but what’s interesting with this application is the fact that the gas is digitally controlled.

Digitally controlled gas valves are relatively new and carry a premium price tag. A price hasn’t been released for the grill, but Brisk It grills are usually more on the value end of the spectrum. Plus, the AI tech is more advanced than what other competitors are doing.

This isn’t Brisk It’s first attempt at releasing a hybrid. They teased a pellet and electric hybrid grill previously, but it hasn’t made its way to market.

Brisk It Neoma Oven

Brisk It also unveiled their first foray inside the home at CES too. They are going to launch the Neoma oven in Spring 2026 with a Kickstarter launching in February. It wasn’t in official press materials, but there are reports that it will retail for $500.

The AI-powered smart oven features a temperature range of 90 to 450 degrees F and has a host of different cooking modes, like other similar countertop devices. The AI tech on the oven will help in a similar capacity to the way it does on their grills.

The Neoma oven reminds me of the June oven that rose in popularity, was bought by Weber, then was shutdown. We’ll see if this entrant into that space at a lower price point can gain avoid the issues that led to June’s demise.
