Blackstone released their much anticipated pizza oven last year, and it quickly became a hit. It features two pizza stones, and rotates, to turn out great tasting pizzas. Now they’ve taken the technology from that popular oven and upgraded it in a luxury package.

Luxury Upgrades
The main features are the same as their tried and true oven, because it already was a great performer. By just looking at the oven though, it’s easy to see that this is a different animal.
Stainless Steel Construction
The most obvious upgrade to this oven is it’s constructed out of 304 stainless steel. That’s great for durability and it makes it a really good looking oven.
To go with the stainless steel construction, they’ve swapped the knobs out for cast metal knobs with brass accents. They look high quality and they finish off the overall luxury appearance of the pizza oven.
Storage Upgrades
Most pizza ovens are pretty utilitarian, you get just an oven. They’re not like grills where you have shelves and other storage options.
The Blackstone Select Pizza Oven changes that by adding two side shelves to this model. They make it look more substantial in addition to giving a place to set things.
They also upgrading the cart of the regular pizza oven for a grill-style cabinet. They even added refinement to the cabinet by making the hinges on it soft close.
Pizza Oven Line-Up
Blackstone went from having no pizza ovens a couple years ago to having one for every price point. They have a pizza oven conversion for their griddles, a portable pizza oven that’s easy to use (review coming), a large pizza oven for extra cooking space (review coming), and now a top-of-the-line pizza oven. This matches their recent strategy of moving into the outdoor kitchen market.
