Firegear Acquisition

Firegear specializes in outdoor fireplaces and fire pit burner systems, fire bowls, tables, and accessories. The new brand will be a natural extension to Earthcore’s Isokern outdoor fireplaces, pizza ovens, and other outdoor living products.

In addition to the IP for Firegear, the acquisition includes a 57,000-square-foot manufacturing and distribution facility in Indiana. The new real estate will expand their distribution network that currently consists of four DCs that stretch from Corona, CA to Chesapeake, VA.

Heatstrip Distributor

The Firegear acquisition isn’t the only transformative news for Earthcore. They’ve also become the exclusive distributor in North American for Heatstrip.

Heatstrip makes outdoor electric heaters that are designed in Australia. They extend the outdoor living season and make those cool nights more comfortable. Beyond their function, they have a sleek look to them to not detract from an outdoor living space.

Their heaters also offer app connectivity that let you control them from anywhere. This helps get your space ready for you or to adjust the settings without getting up.

Offering Heatsrip products helps round out Earthcore’s product portfolio in outdoor living. They now have options for all outdoor living needs.
