Blackstone griddles defined the griddle category when they officially launched 15 years ago. They’ve seen their popularity skyrocket in recent years as consumers have seen the versatility of griddle cooking. Unlike grills that are mostly limited to lunch and dinner, a griddle can cook the same foods as a grill and opens the possibility of cooking breakfast as well as other styles of cooking like Teppanyaki.

We are excited to bring the unmatched versatility and variety of cooking on a Blackstone to the UK. The griddle has untethered outdoor cooking from the conventional BBQ as it allows people to cook everything from breakfast to lunch to dinner all on one surface. Make eggs, bacon, burgers, tacos, steak, and so much more on a Blackstone.

Scott Stevenson, Senior VP of Marketing at Blackstone Products

The new geography launch isn’t limited to just putting griddles in stores. Blackstone plans to show the UK the possibilities of their griddles through Blackstone BBQ cooking schools in the UK. This will give consumers an opportunity to explore griddle cooking firsthand.
