Blackstone launched their new Select line of griddles that are sure to impress. They took everything people like about their griddles, wrapped them in a 304 stainless steel package, and added some neat features.
Much like their new Select Pizza Oven, the upgrade in durability and styling didn’t stop with the stainless steel griddle bodies. The Select collection has other upgraded details like brass accents to give the griddles a complete luxury look and feel. They would go great with any outdoor kitchen setup.
Blackstone Select Line
The Select Line includes the following griddles, all featuring Omnivore griddle plates. That’s Blackstone’s latest griddle plate technology with wind resistance and even heating.
The Blackstone Select 28” Griddle: Retails for $1,499 (check price) and is the entry into the Select griddles. It’s a 3-burner model featuring collapsible side shelves and cabinet storage.
The Blackstone Select 36” Griddle: Retails for $1,999 (check price) and adds another burner for 4-burners. With the extra burner comes extra space to cook on and for storage.
The Blackstone Select 36” Griddle with Convection Oven: Retails for $2,499 (check price) and has some really cool and unique features. It has ‘Lift and Lock’ side tables, which fold out to unlock lots of prep space.
It also has a convection oven (air fryer) with a touch screen interface. This griddle is like a self contained outdoor kitchen.
