EGGtoberfest Returns for 2025, and this Time For a Cause

The annual get-together of Big Green Egg fans, and people that just like delicious food, is coming soon to Coolray Field outside of Atlanta. EGGtoberfest is always a fun event, but this year it also benefits the larger community.

EGGtoberfest is donating all net proceeds from the event to the Atlanta Food Bank to help fight hunger across Georgia. They’re expecting more than 5,000 people to attend the event which translates to donations of at least 75,000 meals.

We believe in bringing people together through food and value partners who feel the same way. We teamed up with our friends at the Atlanta Community Food Bank, brought together by a shared purpose: feeding our neighbors, together.

EGGtoberfest 2025

EGGtoberfest is happening this year on October 4th from 11 am to 3 pm at Coolray Field. I’ve gone previously and loved the event and the venue.

What’s not to love? It’s a really nice minor league baseball stadium that’s filled with tents where people are cooking food on Big Green Eggs.

Attending it you can feel the passion that everyone has for the brand. The event itself started out decades ago as a meet-up organized by people just that really liked their EGGs. Despite being much larger, it still has that vibe to it.

As an attendee, you can go to the tents and sample food, see live cooking demonstrations, and just hang out and enjoy the scene. They also sell discounted EGGs at the end of the event that were used for cooking.

What was really nice about the event is it’s organized and well run. A baseball stadium is perfect for this event because there’s endless seating if you want to relax, it’s spread out, and there’s bathrooms that aren’t port-a-potties.

It’s also great for families with lots of space for kids to run around, and there’s a Kid’s Zone with stuff for kids to do. It’s a cant-miss event to attend or cook at, so be sure to go there if you’ll be in the Atlanta area.
