Wildfire to Release Ember Grill, a Rare Combination of Luxury and Value

When looking for a grill for an outdoor kitchen or living space, value is not a word that gets thrown around much. Wildfire is set to change that with their new Ember grill that’s due to be released towards the end of July.

They managed to bring value by designing it with all the features that you want, but nothing unnecessary that drives up the cost. That makes it perfect for an outdoor kitchen build, or for a builder looking for luxury on a budget. Wildfire first showed it off at the HPBExpo this year, and we’re excited that it’s almost here.

Features and Specs

  • Retail price of $2,799
  • 32″ grill with four burners
  • Can run on propane or natural gas
  • Spring lift assist on the hood
  • Internal lighting for cooking after the sun goes down
  • Backlit knobs that make the grill stand out

Looks and Build

It all starts with being built completely from 304 stainless steel. That helps with durability, but it also gives the look that your after in a premium grill.

Wildfire does a good job incorporating both brushed and polished finishes across the outside of the grill. It gives it a more stylish look than grills that are all polished.

I also like how they incorporated a little bit of color in the dial temperature gauge on the lid. It’s just enough to break-up the all-stainless appearance.

Grilling Features

Opening up the hood is where the Ember grill really shines and you see the value. The most obvious premium feature inside the grill is the infrared burner.

That can be hard to find on a premium grill at this price point. Often, you’re stuck with four regular burners and, at most, a rear infrared burner. Infrared burners take steaks to the next level and I have a feeling that the Ember will have a steady diet of steaks.

Another premium feature that this grill has are ceramic briquettes. These are really nice because they prevent flare ups, help maintain even heat, and sizzle drippings back up to your food for lots of grilled flavor.

Underneath the ceramic briquettes are some nice stainless steel burners for durability. There’s also stainless dividers between the burners for zoned cooking.

Coming Soon

Wildfire doesn’t have Ember up on their website, but they do have a full spec sheet out. We’ll track the release as it gets closer. In the meantime, if you’re not familiar with all the luxury grill options they have, check out their website.
