ThermoWorks is a popular name in the digital cooking thermometer space. They’ve earned that through releases products that are accurate and reliable, which is exactly what you want from a thermometer.
They have many different options to choose from, but at the higher end they have the Thermapen ONE, followed by the OG Thermapen. I’m a big fan of the Thermapen, and it’s one of my go-to tools when cooking.
Even though it’s worth it in the long run, not everyone wants to drop $90+ for a digital thermometer. On the cheaper side, ThermoWorks has the ThermoPop 2 for only $39, which I also use constantly and recommend.
To fill that price gap between the ThermoPop and the Thermapen, ThermoWorks has just released the SIZZLE digital thermometer. It gets you much of the way to the capability of a Thermapen, while saving you some dollars.

Magnetic Back
While it’s a simple thing, I really like that they gave the SIZZLE a magnetic back. It’s always hard to find space for everything when grilling, but the one thing you do have it’s lots of steel. The magnetic back means there’s always place you can put your thermometer without using up shelf space.
