Frigidaire 750 Degree Oven is Looking to Take Share from Pizza Ovens

The outdoor pizza oven market has exploded in popularity over the past five years led by brands like Ooni and Gozney. That popularity has led to pizza ovens that can be used inside the home on your kitchen counter.

Appliance brand Frigidaire, a subsidiary of Electrolux, has taken notice of the consumer demand for pizza ovens and has developed a response. They’ve released a new oven that has a pizza oven stone that can get to 750 degrees F. That’s on par with many pizza ovens and a temperature that’s significantly hotter than other kitchen ovens.

With this launch, we’re setting a new standard for what families can expect from their everyday appliances. Pizza ovens have traditionally been limited to outdoor or countertop use. We saw an opportunity to bring that artisanal experience into the home – integrated into a full-function range without compromising safety, space or performance. This innovation is grounded in real-life needs and inspired by how food brings families together at home.

The 15″ inch pizza stone accommodates pizzas up to 14″, which is a good size for pizza. The oven also has its sights set on other cooking devices with 15 additional cooking modes including Air Fry, Air Sous Vide, Steam Bake, Bread Proof, Dehydrate, Convection Bake and Roast, Slow Cook. All they need is to add an indoor smoke mode!

The new oven is manufactured in Springfield, Tennessee and it comes in gas, electric and induction configurations. It fits standard 30″ cutouts and can be found online or at major retailers like The Home Depot. They list the suggested retail price as starting at $2,599, but you can find it for much less.
