Coyote Outdoor Living is known for their premium grills and outdoor kitchens. They’ve just released an exciting new product that sees them go beyond grilling and into pizza ovens.
They’ve released the DUOMO Wood-Fired Pizza Oven, which like their other products, is not only great at cooking, it’s great to look at. Retailing for $2,799, the dual walled oven comes in three colors, yellow, copper, and matte black.
It’s a large oven that’s capable of adding wood-fired flavor to a bunch of different food. It’s exterior dimensions are 40″W x 33 9/16″D x 54 13/16″H. The dome itself is a one piece design that looks great and keeps in the heat.
The cooking deck features FDA approved ceramic bricks for heat retention. The oven can get to temperatures up to 1,000 degrees F which is hot enough to give a nice pizza crust, or to quickly sear a steak. The three stage active heat management system lets you dial in the temperature you want.
I like the details on the oven like the carbon fiber handles on the door. They pair nicely with all the colors, but as a car guy, my favorite is how they look with the matte black oven.
