Camp Chef Parent Company Acquired by Strategic Value Partners

There were many ups and downs to get here, but Strategic Value Partners (SVP) has completed the acquisition of Revelyst. This is the second half of the plan to split Vista Outdoor, after they sold their shooting business to CSG. Revelyst is the collection of outdoor brands under Vista Outdoor, including grill brand Camp Chef.

We are pleased to complete the transaction with SVP, which provides us with expanded resources to accelerate our GEAR Up transformation, advance our innovation efforts and grow our iconic brands.
