Kalamazoo Hybrid Fire Grill
They’re probably most known though for their Hybrid grill. In one package it can be fueled off any combination of gas, wood or charcoal, with temperatures up to over 1,000 degrees F. It also was the first hybrid of its kind on the market when it came out.
History
Kalamazoo Outdoor Gourmet has a soft spot in our hearts because, much like us, they originated in Michigan. They started as a specialty metal fabrication shop in 1906, and they converted to a grill company in 1998 with their Dual Fuel grill – a predecessor of the Hybrid.
The company expanded under new ownership in 2005 to offer a full line of outdoor cooking products, including a modular outdoor kitchen system. Today they’re still hand built with quality steel, innovative features, and offer more than 150 models and 1,500 SKUs
