The Gozney Dome was the flagship product for Gozney. It was a first of its kind, readily available, large outdoor oven. It has great styling and design, and was loved by chefs everywhere. Gozney largely built their brand off this special oven.
This seems all but certain, but it appears that a new Gozney Dome oven is going to be released October 15th. Gozney put the following post out on all their social media teasing a new product.
The shape of the oven in the post looks like a Dome. You can see the distinct chimney that isn’t on their other products.
While I thought we’d have to wait until October 15th to find out for sure, they made a new post today that says a new Dome is coming.
That pretty much confirms that the new product will be a Dome. It also makes sense from a timing standpoint because the Dome is their flagship, yet they’ve come out with a bunch of new cool ovens over the past couple of years.
The Dome needs a refresh to retake the thrown as the definitive product in the line-up. It also gives Gozney a chance to reset the price on the Dome.
While a new Dome definitely seems to be more than rumor, I’ve also heard that Gozney will be releasing an XL version of the new Dome. Similar to how they released the Arc and the Arc XL.
Update 8/29: Gozney put up a new teaser video for a Dome and Dome XL.
Dome S1 Discontinued
As Gozney continues on the growth wave they’ve been on, there are some casualties. One appears to be the short-lived Dome S1 pizza oven.

It was a less expensive, smaller version of the Dome. It was unique on the market when it was released, because other companies weren’t making larger ovens.
After the S1 was released though, Gozney released the Arc, Arc XL, Tread, and still had the Roccbox. It felt like they were starting to become a little over SKU’d, without clear differentiators in the middle of the line-up.
That’s likely why the Dome S1 is no more. There’s still some stock left at retailers at the time of writing this article, but it’s been removed from the Gozney website.
