Josper charcoal ovens are well known in commercial kitchens for grilling juicy food with some smoke flavor. It’s fitting that their new brand manager is a an ex-chef.

They’ve appointed Jordan Ellis as the new brand manager for the UK. He comes to Josper with 17 years of experience working in kitchens as a chef and director in various hotels and fine dining restaurants.
