Home Hardware Appoints New President and CEO

Canada’s largest dealer-owned and operated home improvement retailer has announced the appointment of a new President and CEO. Ian White will take over the role on November 18th that was vacated by Kevin Macnab due to retirement.

Ian comes to hardware after spending ten years at Parkland Corporation, a global fuel and convenience retailer. He held a number of senior executive roles there, culminating as the President of Parkland Canada, the largest operating division.

Home Hardware is a home improvement retailer with more than 1,000 stores operating under the Home Hardware name and affiliated brands. On the outdoor cooking side of the business they sell popular brands such as Charbroil, Weber, Traeger, Blackstone, Pit Boss and Ooni. They also sell Canadian brands Napoleon and Broil King, which are traditionally found in BBQ stores in the US.
