Helpful Hardware Company Acquires 21st Ace Hardware Location

The Helpful Hardware Company has acquired their 21st Ace Hardware location. They have completed the purchase of Jones Hometown Hardware in Jackson, GA.

Proud to share that The Helpful Hardware Company has acquired Jones Hometown Hardware in Jackson, GA.

For more than 50 years, Charles Carter and Tom Jones have been incredible partners to the Jackson community, serving generations of customers with the kind of trust, service, and hometown commitment that defines what independent hardware retail is all about.

We are excited to welcome Jones Hometown Hardware into the HHC family and, most importantly, to continue and build on the legacy Charles and Tom have created. The foundation they’ve established is special, and we’re honored to carry it forward with the same focus on caring for customers and supporting the community.

Please join me in congratulating and thanking Charles and Tom for everything they’ve done for Jackson, and in welcoming the Jones team to HHC.
