It’s a good looking oven with it’s boxy shape that’s smoothed out with round edges. In a nice touch, the All-Clad badge from their cookware is prominently displayed in the mouth of the pizza oven.

What’s nice about this oven compared to others on the market is its large pizza stone. 16 inches is wide enough for a large pizza, but also for other foods that might be too big for other ovens.
To make it easier to cook on, the pizza stone rotates ensuring even heating. This is a great feature for anyone, but especially beginners who may not be used to turning a pizza with a peel in the oven.
Beyond the main pizza stone, there are also two other stones in the front to fill the space and add heat retention. Keeping the heat in is key for cooking pizzas back to back.
Another nice feature of this oven is it has an electric igniter. I’ve had trouble with piezo igniters in cold or windy conditions, where I’m left freezing while I keep turning the gas knob, praying for the burner to start.
