Blackstone launched the Bronco line with Walmart last year and had a nice selection of unique cookers. My favorite from the collection is a griddle that also has a vertical smoker, letting you cook just about anything.
This year they haven’t stopped releasing cool cookers in the line. They released a Santa Maria style grill earlier this month and now they’ve released a griddle and air fryer combo with lots of nice features.
It has Blackstone’s Omnivore griddle plate which is reinforced to prevent warping and promises more even heat distribution. It also has a built-in reinforced hood for durability.

Air Fryers and Warming Drawer
The biggest differentiator with this griddle is the three drawers in the base. Two of them are air fryers and one is warming drawer.
Those are helpful for cooking sides or different types of food that you wouldn’t normally cook on a griddle. The warming drawer will keep food warm while the rest is still cooking, so you can have all your food warm when it’s ready.
BAR System
The two side shelves on the Bronco both have added utility. On one side there’s a magnetic strip in the front for easily setting utentsils aside.
On the other side there is the BAR system. It’s a neat storage system where you can slide on various holders and racks. Beyond that, Blackstone went outside box and offers things like a display with temperature probes and even a wireless speaker.
