Elon Musk Buys a Gozney Arc Pizza Oven for xAI Offices

Exceptional office perks have been traditionally part of tech companies in the Bay Area for a long time. They can help with employee morale and to keep employees from having to leave the offices.

For Elon Musk’s xAI, one new perk also solved an employee’s complaint about the food scene. Eric Jiang posted on X that he didn’t like the pizza options in San Francisco, calling it “absolute trash”.

Elon Musk saw the post and seized on the opportunity to rectify the problem. He replied that they’d be getting a wood-fired pizza oven.

He didn’t waste any time in getting it there because a week later Eric Jiang posted a picture of him eating a slice of pizza with a pizza oven in the background. They didn’t select any pizza oven either, it’s a Gozney Arc pizza oven.

With the arrival of the new Gozney Dome and their streamlined line-up, the Arc is a propane fueled oven that sits one size down from the flagship dome. It’s a nice oven and certainly a great addition to any workspace. It’s also good organic marketing for Gozney.

From Eric Jiang’s picture, it also looks like xAI has a grill for employee use too. We’re guessing it’s a previous generation Weber Spirit. xAI has some great cooking options.
