Blackstone has released some great new products this year, including camping cookers, and a griddle / vertical smoker combo. Continuing that trend, they’ve just released a new griddle with Lowe’s that looks nice and even has a digital display.
The 36″ Culinary Deluxe Griddle is the latest in their Culinary line that has all their latest griddle tech. It has an updated design, high performance burners, and features their Omnivore griddle plate.
Features and Specs
- Retail price of $1,099 (check price) – Lowe’s Exclusive
- Four high performance burners that give faster and better heat coverage
- Includes a propane tank cabinet and a garbage can
- Has a warming drawer for when some of your food is done
- Hard lid that has an X-brace for stability
Cabinet
The cabinet setup on the Culinary Deluxe Griddle is like having a self contained outdoor kitchen. Beyond the garbage can, a storage drawer and a warming drawer, there’s also a slick prep table.

The table folds up into an L-shape, giving ample room to get food ready for the griddle or to take it off. What’s nice is it has a leg that folds down to keep it stable, so you know your food won’t go anywhere.
Digital Display
This griddle is one of the first for Blackstone to feature a digital display to make it easier to keep an eye on your food. It has read-outs for multiple aspects of the griddle.

There’s a propane tank gauge on it, so you don’t unexpectedly run out of fuel mid-cook. There’s also a timer, and a digital temperature gauge to tell you how warm the warming drawer is.
For multi-zone cooking, or just to know when you’re griddle is warm, there’s also a digital gauge that tells you how warm each zone is. It’s not a temperature read-out but rather indicates low, medium and high heat, which is really all you need on a griddle.
