Will Charbroil Take their Griddle to the Next Level with a Swappable Top?

As I learned when I interviewed the CEO of W.C. Bradley Co.’s outdoor cooking brands (which includes Charbroil), they all about cooking versatility. They want consumers to be able to cook a bunch of different styles of food on Charbroil products. Two great examples of that are the Performance Series griddle and the Commercial Series gas grill.

If a new patent that came out is any indication, Charbroil will be continuing down the path of cooking versatility. They have designed a griddle that has sections on the surface that can be swapped out for different styles of cooking.
