Napoleon’s less expensive grill line just got more capable. They just released two new Freestyle grills for 2026.

Napoleon entered the grddle game last year with a 3-burner Freestyle model and more expensive Rogue PRO options. They’ve followed it up this year with a 4-burner Freestyle griddle that’s 36 inches wide.

Beyond the larger size the griddle plate on the new griddle is also different. The 3-burner that they released last year had a pre-seasoned steel plate while the new 4-burner steps it up with a stainless steel plate.

Infrared side burners were a differentiator for Napoleon for a while. They can get to around 1,800 degrees, so they’re a great feature to get a sear on your steak.

In the past couple years infrared burners have started to make their way downmarket. This year, Napoleon is bringing a side burner to their cheaper Freestyle line with the new Freestyle PRO series.

There isn’t a product page yet, but the Freestyle PRO will come in two different versions. They appear to be releasing a PRO 365 which is a 3-burner grill, and a PRO 425 which is a 4-burner grill.

Another minor upgrade with the new models is the side shelf is collapsing, making it easier for storage. Pricing hasn’t been released, but I’m guessing the 365 will be under $800 and the 425 will be under $1,000.
